TIP: A bag of frozen peas makes a great emergency ice pack.

If milk doesn't go with your menu, have green tea it's another "dragon" garlic breath fighter. Other foods that could help are: parsley, apples, spinach, and basil. Walked the beach yesterday and saw so many families having fun playing in the water, building sand castles, sun bathing, listening to music 100% enjoy our beautiful white sandy beach. There was music in the air, action in the water and sky. It was so energizing and effortless. You could get ice cream, buy jewelry, shop at the vendor stands, have your hair braided all on the beach.
