Rocky Point Beach Tips

Want a flat tummy when on the beach in Rocky Point? We all do! A few "tips": drink green tea and make your own frozen bars for a cooling snack. Take a run on the beach and break a sweat. Stand tall, good posture from a strong back sucks in stomach pooch. Try some wheat berries for breakfast. Avoid canned vegetables and carbonated drinks. 3 cheers to your flatter tummy!
